Registration
New students will have more success getting their first class choice if they register early. Some class times are more popular than others and fill rapidly. Complete the registration form (at the bottom of this page) and return it to our office with your tuition and Annual Membership Fee (AMF). Paid registrations are chronologically placed in our holding file by date received and these children will be placed after our Priority Payment Date (PPD).

Annual Membership Fee (AMF)
Top Flight's Annual Membership Fee (AMF) is a recurring charge due each year on your enrollment anniversary. Annual fees are common place in this and similar industries and in Top Flight's case, is tied to specific services.
The first is an insurance premium TFG pays which is calculated on a per student basis. The second is the expense of maintaining a front office with hours convenient to you. These services are of the highest level in our industry and we hope you appreciate the effort.
Tuition/Renewal
New students should pay their tuition and AMF upon registration. Current students renewing for the following term are allowed to guarantee their class placement by paying their tuition on or before our Priority Payment Date (PPD).
PPD is always Saturday two weeks before a term ends.
Previous students will receive priority over new students if inactive for no more than one term. Payment must be received on or before our PPD for the term in which renewal is being requested. New students will be placed after each terms' PPD.
Top Flight Gymnastics accepts VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
Annual Membership Fee and tuition are non-refundable upon class placement.
Make Up Class
Please make every effort to attend your regularly scheduled class, but if you do miss, we allow two (2) make-ups per term. It is essential that these be scheduled in advance through the office during the current term. Advanced scheduling allows Top Flight Gymnastics to maintain our target student/teacher ratios.
There are no credits or refunds for missed classes.

Observation
At Top Flight Gymnastics we neither encourage nor discourage observation. Feel free to use the waiting room and viewing area whenever you like, as often as you wish. It was put there with you in mind. However, communicating with your child during class is a distraction and should be avoided for safety reasons.
Class Readiness
Upon arrival, children should put their street clothing in a cubby or locker and wait quietly for their warm-up instructor to take them into the gym. Please do not bring valuables in to the gym. Since our cubbies and lockers are not secure, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen belongings.
What to Wear
Girls should wear a leotard. Boys and tumbling students wear shorts and a tee-shirt (tee-shirts are to be tucked in). Loose baggy clothing is a spotting hazard and should not be worn. Bare feet are needed to avoid slipping on much of our equipment. Please NO chewing gum or jewelry since these pose a potential risk to the children. Long hair should be pulled back, but large barrettes or pony tails on top to the head often interfere with practicing rolls.
Parking
Top Flight Gymnastics offers a spacious parking lot for your convenience. Please be aware the beginning of each term almost always causes an increased demand on parking. If you find it unnecessary to come into the building, you may consider letting your child off in our "Drop-Off Zone." This will further ease any congestion.
Please do not stop or park anywhere in Top Flight Gymnastic's lot other than marked parking spaces. Parking is allowed and encouraged on the Top Flight side of Centre View Boulevard if our lot is full.
Snow Policy
Since many school closings for snow are due to conditions in only outlying areas, we do not follow any county closings and in fact, we seldom close our doors. Should a weather related closing occur please listen for announcements on local TV and radio,check our website.
Please call if you are in doubt and in no way should you feel obligated to attend if we are open and you are uncomfortable getting here. Call the office for a make-up.
